1. Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the perfume must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless they are defective.

 

2. Refunds:

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

 

 3. How to Return:

Contact our customer service at info@jannataromas.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Please provide your order number and reason for return.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used perfumes

Sale or clearance items

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your perfume arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

 

6. Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
